Cathy Swirbul serves as the FaithWork program director at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Kansas City. FaithWork is the church’s weekend community service program in which volunteers form teams to serve in soup kitchens, homes for abused children, urban churches and more. The program’s purpose is to serve Christ by serving those in need in the community. Through  FaithWork, followers of Christ can deepen their relationship with Him and seekers can check out Christianity in a fresh, life-affirming way.
